When choosing fixtures for 4730 California Apartments, a 7 story boutique apartment complex located in the center of West Seattle, Weber Thompson (Architects) wanted a stylish take on the stainless steel sink. Taking all options into consideration they chose the Aurora Sink by Lotus Fixture. By sourcing Lotus Fixture, the Wolf Company (Developer) was able to receive high quality sinks at a price nearly half their budget.
Lotus built a great relationship with the general contractor on site, which is the reason why they came to us when it came time to make their 8’ tall custom entry doors. These entry doors where very important to the client since these doors are the first thing you see as you enter and the last thing when you leave, which is why they were ecstatic with how they turned out in the end.
